~2010 Parade of Homes~

This was the first year that Andy had two homes in the Parade of Homes.  Actually, it was his first time ever in the parade, how exciting!  I can actually say, that I do not like photographing homes.  This was harder than I thought it was going to be, no moving body parts, no one to tell to sit this way or that way.  It definitely is hard to capture the beauty of the homes in photographs.  Below are a few pictures of "The Ethan."  U Build It built this house and put a lot of great details in it.  I absolutely love the backsplash in the kitchen!  They won 3 out of the 4 awards, Best all Around, Favorite Room (being the kitchen), and Best Interior Design. Congrats Andy and U Build It Team!  p.s.... More to come of "The Ethan"

  5. We just signed a contract with UBuild It last night for this house... We are expanding it just a little bit, but all other aspects we LOVE! We know why this home won all the awards this year! It is fantastic! - Ron

  6. The real magic in this house is what you don't see. This home was built with Structural Insulated Panels and Geothermal heating and cooling. The energy bills on this home are less than $100 a month. Andy has became a pro at drawing SIP houses! If you want a well designed and well built home, partner with UBuildIt and our preferred designer Andy Kryll:)
